Getting To Know You & Your Business

We know the dairy and delivery industries inside out and this means we know that every business is different. We will meet you as many times as it takes to identify your needs and suggest how our Paragon Dairy Management System will benefit your business. We will then submit a quote based on the right package of software, hardware, training and support to suit you and your budget.

Our system has the inbuilt flexibility to adapt to you, not the other way around. 

Our Ongoing Commitment To You

The process – from first meeting to installation and training – normally takes about 6 weeks. This can be adapted to suit; we once installed a Dairy with 8 rounds in just 10 days when a disaster struck their current system.

Training is included and we can build in some assistance by inputting your round and product information onto the system, so you can get up and running very quickly. 

Ongoing support is available by telephone and internet connectivity, allowing us to securely and safely operate your computer and view your screen remotely. We are constantly looking to refine the system and respond to feedback by issuing updates and tips regularly to assist our clients.  An example was the recent change in VAT rate, where we issued tutorial emails to assist clients to make the changes at the right accounting point, and without falling into the common trap of reducing their margins. 

Customer care is important to us and as a team we make sure we are available and ready to resolve any issues you may have, be that due to our system, or any upgrades you may make to your hardware or software that affects our system. We are also building a wealth of useful tips and ‘how tos’ on the Client Area of our website.
